Responsibilities
• Support CPFF IDIQ Plan, track and report FM for CPFF, FFP and other contract structures
• Formulate spend plans and budget allocation for labor and subcontractors
• Develop and track individual task order spend plans and reporting
• Prepare FMR and other CDRL requirement
• Prepare invoices
• Monitor timekeeping system for compliance and accuracy (internal and external).
• Track travel and ODC budgets, requests and reimbursements
• Review travel requests and reimbursements for JTR compliance.
• Supports PM and ensures communication with corporate resources

What you’ll need
• Prefer experience with Procas (or equivalent accounting system for defense contractors), online government invoices (such as WAWF, MPO) and DCAA/DCMA practices
• Prefer experience developing and tracking budget ($1M-$20M/yr)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Expert using of accounting softwares and spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal
• Strong customer service and team building skills
• Desire - BS of Accounting, Finance, Math or similar fields
• Ability to possess a security clearance (must be a US Citizen and free of criminal/credit issues)

Hythe Research is hiring a Junior Software Engineer who will create and manage all aspects of detailed software systems based upon documented requirements. He or she will review bugs and test software to ensure compliance to requirements while thoroughly documenting all results. They will add their unique input to multiple integrated software components and will provide guidance and insight regarding hardware/software trade-offs. The successful candidate will be able to discuss the pros and cons of software reuse versus new development and will carry out requirements analysis and synthesis for individual components while considering the holistic integration of components as the system requires. Responsibilities
• Generate process-intensive analytics and algorithms.
• Big data processing and manipulation of large data sets.
• Ensure functioning of real-time systems and business management information systems.
• Develop, enhance and maintain software applications through collaboration in teams ranging from 2 to 20 persons to ensure product requirements are met.
• Implement and abide by standard development & documentation practices for unit test development, and peer code review activities.Design, develop, test, debug, and refine software.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments.

What you’ll need
• 0-6 yrs with BS (4-10 years without a technical degree)
• Positions range from front end, middle tier, back end, or full stack development focus
• Proficient or Mastery in some or all the following development technologies:
Java, Linux, NOSQL and relational data stores, Javascript (various frameworks), RESTFUL Services, Hadoop, Accumulo, ELK Stack, AWS
• TS/SCI with polygraph required. Candidates currently without this qualification are still welcomed to apply.
